JULIUS NYERERE HYDROPOWER PROJECT (JNHPP) – STIEGLER’S GORGE

The Stiegler’s Gorge project on the Rufiji River is one of East Africa’s largest hydropower projects.
It generates 2,100 MW of electricity, powering homes, schools, businesses, and industries while supporting regional energy security.
The dam also supports irrigation for farms, flood control, and eco-tourism in the Selous Game Reserve, making it a project that balances development with environmental conservation.

NATIONAL FIBER OPTIC AND BROADBAND NETWORK | $ 400 M+

Tanzania has expanded high-speed internet access nationwide, connecting both urban and rural communities.
Students can access online learning, businesses can operate digitally, and communities gain access to e-health services and global markets.
In remote villages, farmers can check crop prices online, and entrepreneurs can sell products internationally, linking local communities to global opportunities.

Coming Projects

LNG EXPORT PROJECT – SOUTHERN TANZANIA

Expected to commence the construction phase this year, once complete Tanzania will export liquefied natural gas to global markets, positioning itself as a key energy player.
It is anticipated to create thousands of jobs, improve infrastructure such as roads and housing, and generate revenue for national development.
Local communities will benefit from new schools, hospitals, and utilities, linking energy development directly to quality-of-life improvements
